Where applicable points will not be earned on postage and packaging.

Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.

Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Nectar points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.

Cookies and eShops

When you shop through 'Nectar eStores', a persistent cookie is placed on your computer by the companies who assist us with the operation of Nectar eShops.

This enables Nectar to track any purchases you make with our participating retailers and award points accordingly.

If you do not have such persistent cookies enabled on your computer you will not be able to earn points on your online shopping via nectar.com

Nectar Search Toolbar - our Fair Use Policy

  • You will receive 1 Nectar point per 2 valid searches via the Nectar Search Toolbar powered by Yahoo!
  • You must provide a valid Nectar card number to collect points.
  • You must be in the UK to collect Nectar points on search.
  • You must perform an active and valid search in order to receive all Nectar point promotions.
  • You can collect up to 50 points per calender month (excluding bonus points).
  • Points may take up to 28 days to be credited to your account.

Win 250,000 Nectar Points Terms & Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to all Nectar cardholders except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
  2. There is one prize of 250,000 Nectar points to be won.
  3. Eligible cardholders can enter by making 3 Qualifying Purchases with three different eShops retailers between the 1st July 2011 and the 31st July 2011 to be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  4. A Qualifying Purchase occurs when an eligible cardholder has:
    a) logged in to nectar.com or has entered their Nectar card number via nectar.com/eshops,
    b) clicked on the eShops retailer they want to shop with and then clicked the Go Shopping button, and
    c) made a purchase at the eShop retailer in accordance with such eShop retailers terms and conditions (please see the important information tab on each eShop retailers page on nectar.com for exclusions).
  5. No purchase necessary for cardholders resident in Northern Ireland. Cardholders resident in Northern Ireland can enter the prize draw by sending a request to enter (including your name and address) to Nectar eShops Prize Draw competition, Loyalty Management UK Limited, 3rd Floor, 80 Strand, London, WC2R 0NN by 31st July 2011.
  6. Only one entry per cardholder.
  7. The prize draw will take place on 1 November 2011.
  8. The winner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
  9. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 4th November 2011. Please ensure your details are up to date on nectar.com
  10. The points will be credited to the winner's Nectar account within 28 days of the winners name being chosen in the prize draw.
  11. Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other prize alternatives available.
  12. The winner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
  13. Details of the winner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending an SAE to Nectar eShops Prize Draw competition, 80 Strand, London WC2R 0NN.
  14. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
