How can I find a BP service station near me?
You can find a BP service station near you by visiting our store locator in the 'Find a BP' section. This will allow you to search for your nearest BP using our built in GPS (please note that to download the map images, you will need to be in an area where there is either mobile reception or a wifi connection) or you can search using a Town/Postcode. You can also filter your search here by required facilities/services such as Ultimate fuels, LPG, Wash and 24hr opening.

Do I need an internet connection to access all the functions?
No. You don't need an internet connection to use the App, although you will need to be in an area where there is either mobile reception or a wifi connection to access maps in our Store Locator and to view your latest offers.
Can I find current fuel pricing for my local site on the App?
Less than 30% of our network is BP owned - the rest of our network is dealer or franchise managed and they define their own pricing positions. In addition, fuel pricing can change on a daily basis, sometimes even more regularly. Given these factors, fuel pricing is not currently included in this App as we cannot guarantee the pricing included would be current. However we are constantly reviewing the App content and if this becomes reasonably practicable in future, we may include in later phased updates.
How do I provide feedback or suggestions to improve the App?
We'd welcome your feedback and suggestions on how the App could be improved. Please complete the online form in the 'Contact Us' section at www.bp.co.uk. How do I remove the App?

How do I log in to the 'Nectar' area of the App?
Please enter the last 11 digits of your Nectar card number, followed by your surname and postcode (your postcode is the postcode you gave to Nectar when you first registered). If any of your details have changed, please contact Nectar so that your account can be updated. You can do this via:

Can I use my phone as a Nectar card by swiping it at BP?
No, unfortunately, we cannot scan barcodes held on smartphones across our network so please don't forget to swipe whilst in store. You can check your points balance and how much these points are worth in £'s in the 'Nectar' section of the App.
What products and services can I collect Nectar points on at BP?
You can collect 1 Nectar point for every litre of fuel purchased at BP and 2 points per £1 spent in store, including wash services*. BP Ultimate Club members can collect 2 Nectar points for every lire of BP Ultimate fuel purchased - for more information, visit the BP Ultimate Club page in the 'Our Fuels Section'.
*Exclusions apply - Nectar points cannot be earned on tobacco and related products, phone cards, baby milk, stamps, utility cards, e top-up, lottery and M&S branded goods. Nectar points can be collected on shop goods in the majority of BP sites - see in store for confirmation. Nectar points cannot be earned on Bunker fuel transactions.
How long does it take for Nectar points to be awarded?
Typically, Nectar points will be awarded within 7 days on qualifying transactions, but it could take up to 28 days as it takes a few days for all the information to get to Nectar and for Nectar to award you the points. If your points haven't arrived after 28 days from your qualifying purchase, please contact Nectar who will look into this for you. You can do this via:

9.1 Neither we nor any of our subsidiaries are responsible for the content of any other website or smartphone applications to which you may gain access from our App (including, without limitation, the Nectar smartphone application). We do not accept any liability in connection with any such sites, smartphone applications or links.
9.2 Where we provide a hyperlink to a third party's website or smartphone applications, we do so because we believe in good faith that such a website or smartphone application contains or may contain material which is relevant to that on our App. Such a hyperlink does not signify that BP or its subsidiaries have reviewed or approve of the connected third party's website or its smartphone applications or its respective contents - indeed in certain instances a hyperlink or smartphone applications may contain views contradictory to those expressed on the App or otherwise held by BP and its subsidiaries.

10.1 Personal data is information that could identify a specific individual such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers ("Personal Information"). If during your use of this App you order products or services, enter a competition, or submit other information to us, you may provide us with Personal Information.
10.2 If you choose to provide us with Personal Information it will be used to provide the information, products or services you request or which we think may be of interest to you, to communicate with you for the same purpose or for any other purposes stated at the time at which the data is collected and subject to any preferences indicated by you at the time. For example, if you subscribe for a free newsletter, we will collect and use your email address and other contact details only for the purposes of sending you the newsletter unless we have requested and you have consented to our using your data for marketing or other purposes. Where a fee is payable for a service or product we will also use your information for billing and payment collection purposes.
