From its brand new home at St Pancras International, Eurostar is the ultra-modern, high-speed, passenger-only train that travels from London to Europe. Eurostar moved on 14th November 2007 from Waterloo International station. This glorious Grade 1 listed building has been renovated and transformed into a state of the art home taking Eurostar and its travellers firmly into the future.

Say hello to Ebbsfleet International station
Aswell as St Pancras International and Ashford International, you now have the added flexibility of travelling from a new Kent station. Ebbsfleet International station is located just off the M25 at junction 2 and just 10 minutes away from Bluewater Shopping Centre, Ebbsfleet International offers even greater choice. With 2500 car parking spaces all within a 5 minute walk radius away from the terminal building, this is the perfect station for a quick trip over to the continent.

From whichever departure point you choose to travel from, you will travel on the UK's first and only High Speed Line, HS1 which means you will be able to experience speeds of up to 186mph! Journey times have been reduced by up to 20 minutes so London to Paris now takes as little as 2 hours 15 minutes and London to Brussels a mere 1 hour 51 minutes. Journey times from Ebbsfleet to Paris are only 2 hours 5 minutes. And because you're travelling from city centre to city centre, there are no into-town transfers or taxi fares to pay.

Being green is important to Eurostar so they commissioned some detailed research on the subject. Their findings showed that passengers who fly between London, Paris and Brussels generate ten times more of the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide (CO2) than travellers who go by rail.

From 14th November 2007, Eurostar journeys became completely carbon neutral at no extra cost to you the traveller therefore meaning that taking the train is now a truly attractive greener alternative to flying.

Standard class:
This is perfect for passengers who simply want a seamless city-centre to city-centre journey without any hassle. It offers an easy, comfortable journey with all the flexibility you would expect from Eurostar. Passengers will also benefit from 30-minute check-in and bar/buffet facilities onboard.

Standard Premier:
Standard Premier gives you freedom and space to work or unwind. It includes dedicated carriages; 30-minute check-in; spacious comfortable seats, magazines on board and at-seat power sockets. Last but not least, helpful waiting staff are on hand to serve a fresh, light, healthy meal and a choice of drinks to your seat. This saves time and effort before and during your journey, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed when you arrive at your destination.

We will check availability for you, find you the best available fare for your preferred date of travel and book your seats for you.

Availability is on a first come first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.

To process your booking, please have the following information at the ready:

  • Your preferred outbound and inbound travel dates (as well as some alternative dates in case your first choice is not available)
  • Number of passengers travelling and their names as stated on their passports
  • Nectar card number
  • Pen and paper to record your booking reference number which will be required to collect your tickets at point of departure

Your Nectar points will be deducted from your card automatically when the booking is confirmed.

Booking terms and conditions

  1. All journeys must be booked at least 24 hours prior to departure and no more than 120 days in advance, with the exception of Disneyland® Paris which can be booked up to 10 months in advance
  2. Prices are valid for UK departures from Ashford International, Ebbsfleet International and St Pancras International and continental departures from Brussels Midi, Paris Gare du Nord and Lille.
  3. Infants under the age of 4 and not occupying a seat may be carried free of charge provided that each infant is accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket
  4. Children aged 4 years or more at the time of departure or return must have a seat and pay the full child fare
  5. Children aged 12 years and over at the time of departure must have a seat and pay the full adult fare
  6. Availability is offered in standard class and Standard Premier only
  7. Points are not valid for redemption for tickets in business premier class
  8. Eurostar carte blanche holders cannot earn carte blanche points on Nectar redemption tickets
  9. Whilst there is widespread availability for seats, during peak periods and times when demand is greatest fares will be significantly higher.
  10. Redemption bookings must be placed by calling Nectar on 0844 811 0811 and selecting the appropriate Eurostar option
  11. Nectar vouchers cannot be used towards Eurostar bookings
  12. Points will be deducted from your account at time of booking.
  13. All bookings must be paid for in full at time of booking and once confirmed are not changeable and non refundable. This applies to both the points and points and cash element of the booking
  14. In the event that a Collector makes a booking by redeeming points and paying by cash, the Collector shall not be entitled to earn points on the cash element of such a booking.
  15. LMUK reserves the right to vary or cancel particular destinations applicable to a promotion at any time and without liability
  16. Collectors are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the specified place of departure and arrival
  17. Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangement for travel insurance for all members of the party and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable passport, visa and health requirements
  18. All names on tickets of passengers travelling should exactly match the names on the passengers' passports
  19. All tickets will be issued for pick up on the day of departure. Collectors should take their 6 digit booking reference (PNR number) along with all applicable passport and visa documents with them to the departure point.
  20. Recommended check-in is minimum 45 minutes before departure. Check-in desk closes 10 minutes before departure
  21. No booking or redemption is valid until Nectar has confirmed it to you
  22. All passengers travelling on Eurostar should check the eurostar.com website 24 hours before departure to ensure that there have been no changes to their travel schedule
