How to order your reward

To book your flight tickets simply enter your details in the search panel above and click on Search. Alternatively you can call the Rewards Hotline on 0870 4 100 250 to speak directly to an ebookers agent.
Please have your Nectar card with you when you call and your points will be deducted automatically.

Terms & conditions

This reward is supplied by ebookers.com. For their full terms and conditions or for more information, please visit www.ebookers.com. Please note that the information set out below prevails over the ebookers.com terms and conditions to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency with them.

  1. All bookings are made with ebookers.com which acts as an agent for ATOL holders, ABTA  Nos D0806, E1336, V8800, W519, J5887 & J3970. Ebookers.com are also accredited by the International Air Transport Association.
  2. Redemption bookings can be placed online or by calling Nectar on 0844 811 0811.
  3. An advance booking period applies to all bookings and is dependent on airlines, fare types and conditions.
  4. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  5. Any prices quoted in publications are available on restricted dates and airlines.
  6. Nectar vouchers cannot be used towards bookings with ebookers.com.
  7. Points will be deducted from your account either online or by the call centre agent at the time of booking.
  8. Nectar points cannot be used to pay additional charges such as amendment / cancellation charges, credit / debit card charges, insurance, taxes and surcharges, which must be paid at the time of booking.
  9. In the event that a Collector is entitled to a refund pursuant to the ebookers.com terms and conditions, the Collector shall only be entitled to be refunded, subject to any deductions imposed by ebookers.com, in equal proportions to the combination of points and cash that was used to pay for the booking.
  10. Bookings cannot be amended or cancelled online, only by calling an ebookers agent on 0844 811 0811.
  11. Subject to point 9 above, points are not refundable by LMUK.
  12. In the event that a Collector makes a booking by redeeming points and paying cash, the Collector shall not be entitled to earn points on the cash element of such a booking.
  13. Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel insurance for all members of the party and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable passport, visa and health requirements.
  14. Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements to and from the specified place of departure and arrival.
  15. Collectors should be flexible on the dates and/or destinations they are willing to accept. All flights and fare types available as rewards are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability is more restricted on travel during peak periods and greater availability is offered on off-peak services and high frequency services.
  16. Transfers are not included.
  17. No booking is accepted until ebookers has confirmed it to you and advised the booking reference.
  18. In addition to the 'Reward Details', 'Getting Your Reward' and the above, this reward is subject to ebookers.com terms and conditions.
