Get Tropical

This year is all about being bold and wearing bright colours and fabulous patterns. A tropical outfit can bring both of these factors together and help you to make a fabulous summer outfit.

To bring your daytime outfits alive with the tropical style this summer, try combining different bold colours together until you achieve a look you love.

You can have fun with this style; a tropical palm print playsuit may be just the way to do it. Pale oranges and yellows will bring some tropical colour into your wardrobe. Combine this with brightly coloured small bangles, a pair of tan strap wedge sandals and a clutch for a ready-to-party outfit.

If you want something lightweight, bold and feminine, then an asymmetric hem sleeveless chiffon dress in a bright turquoise could be perfect for you. This can make a fabulous evening dress and make you feel gorgeous when combined with simple, delicate jewellery, a sequin design clutch and some platform heels.

For a daytime outfit which is a little dressier, you may want to try combining a pair of tropical print leggings, a top coloured to match the leggings, a bold coloured pair of heels, some chunky bangles and a shoulder bag.

Accessories can complete all your outfits and add some extra colour. The tropical look may be colourful enough for you already so you may just want to add simple accessories to your outfits.

Or, you could keep your clothes calm and add tropical style accessories as a focal point of an outfit. We're not talking pineapple earrings.

You may want to try combining a neon opaque stone necklace or neon glitter bangles to add some gorgeous colours to your outfit. You can also add bold colours through your shoes, platforms may be the perfect style to do this in for nights, or simple, colourful pumps are great for a practical day-to-day shoe.
