• You'll receive 1,000 points when you apply.
• Another 1,000 points if you set up a regular direct debit at the same time (minimum payment of £10 per month).

• And if you open a Nectar CTF, your child's account will be with the only stakeholder provider where you can manage the account online!

What is a CTF?

• The Child Trust Fund is a Government initiative aimed at encouraging the savings habit amongst children and their parents. There are a number of accounts available from a variety of providers.
• All children born in the UK after September 2002 and receiving Child Benefit are eligible.
• The Government gives the child a free £250 voucher.
• The voucher must be invested within 12 months, if not the Government will invest it for the child (although you can transfer to another provider at any time).
• Anybody can contribute to a CTF including friends and family, all they need is the account number. Remember that only the child can access the money and only when they reach 18.
