How do I collect points with Homebase?
You can collect Nectar points by swiping your card at the till in Homebase stores. You can also collect points online via Nectar eShops or by entering your card number online directly at homebase.co.uk.
How many Nectar points can I collect?
For every £1 you spend with Homebase, in store or online, you'll collect 2 points, up to 1,000 points (£500) per transaction.
Is there anything that I can't collect points on with Homebase?

How long does it take to get my points?
Nectar points collected with Homebase in store will appear in your account automatically - check your receipt to see your balance. If you shop online, points will be credited within 28 days. If you're waiting for points to be credited, you can check your Nectar points statement. If 28 days have elapsed and you haven't received your points, we'd be happy to investigate: contact Nectar here.
How can I make sure I collect the maximum amount of Nectar points?
Keep an eye out for bonus points promotions throughout the year like TRIPLE points weekends, where you can collect 6 points per £1 spent.
Can I claim points if I went shopping in Homebase but forgot my card?
Homebase will credit the points, provided you claim them within 14 days. Save your Homebase receipt and take this and your Nectar card to any UK Homebase store.
Can I spend Nectar points at Homebase?
You can spend points in store at Homebase by handing your card to the cashier when you pay, and asking to use your points. There is a minimum spend of 2,000 Nectar points, which is equivalent to £10 off your total. You can't spend your points at homebase.co.uk, only collect them.
What happens if I don't have enough points to cover my total spend?
Provided you have met the minimum spend of 2,000 Nectar points, you can pay the rest of your balance in cash.

- Nectar points are only applicable on actual spend, after any applicable discounts. Incorrect or invalid Nectar cards or Nectar card numbers will not be awarded points.
- Nectar points cannot be collected when purchasing gift vouchers, items paid for with a Trade Card, items from concessions within a Homebase store or which appear on homebase.co.uk or when hiring items from the Hire Station.
- Points cannot be earned on any element of a transaction which is paid for by redeeming points.
