The number of points you can collect will be stated before you start each survey, and is related to the time it's likely to take to complete.

How do I collect points with Nectar Canvass?

Register online and complete the welcome survey, then you'll collect points each time you complete a survey.

How many Nectar points can I collect?

Depending on the length, you can collect up to 120 points per survey.

Is there anything that I can't collect points on with Nectar Canvass?

If you don't qualify for a survey, or you fail to complete one, you won't collect points.

How long does it take to get my points?

Nectar points collected with Nectar Canvass should be credited within 28 days. If you are waiting for points to be credited, you can check your Nectar points statement. If 28 days have elapsed and you haven't received your points, we'd be happy to investigate: contact Nectar here.

How can I make sure I collect the maximum amount of Nectar points?

Keep your Nectar Canvass profile up to date so that you qualify for as many surveys as possible.

Do I need any extra software to complete surveys?

Some surveys will require Adobe Flash Player - if you don't have this installed, you will get a notification when starting the survey.

How will my answers be used?

The answers you give will be shared with participating companies and brands in order to shape their products and services. The Nectar Canvass privacy policy contains all necessary information about your data.
