Nectar Search Toolbar - our Fair Use Policy

1. You will receive 1 Nectar point per 2 valid searches via the Nectar Search Toolbar powered by Yahoo!
2. During May 2012 you will receive double points on searches, being 1 point per each valid search you make via the Nectar Search Toolbar powered by Yahoo!
3. When you first download the Nectar Search Toolbar, a purple bar will drop down asking you to enter your Nectar card number. You must provide a valid Nectar card number in the purple drop down box to collect points using Nectar Search. If you do not enter your Nectar card number on first download, you can do it at any point in the future by clicking on the 'Help & Tools' menu and then on 'Activate' but you will not collect points for using Nectar Search until this has been done.
4. You must be in the UK to collect Nectar points on search.
5. You must do an active and valid search in order to receive all Nectar point promotions.
6. You can collect up to 50 points a month (excluding bonus points). During May 2012 you can collect up to 100 points (excluding bonus points).
7. Your collection month starts on the 1st of every month and points may take up to 28 days from the end of the month in which you carried out the search to be credited to your account.
8. Nectar reserves the right to suspend accounts and/or not issue Nectar points if it reasonably believes that the ability to collect points through the Nectar Search Toolbar is being abused.
