How to collect points at Hertz

  1. 1 Book Book your Hertz vehicle - in store, online, by phone on 08708 448844
  2. 2 Enter Promo Coupon (PC) code If you have a bonus points PC code, enter it in the relevant box on the online form, or quote it in store
  3. 3 Enter Nectar card number If booking online, enter Nectar as your Frequent/Loyalty option and enter your card number. In store or by phone, give your card number
  4. 4 Collect Your points will be awarded within 28 days of completion of your rental

How to collect points with Hertz

Make sure you follow these simple steps to ensure you receive your Nectar points when you rent with Hertz:

1. Choose how you want to book

You can book with Hertz online, by phone on 08708 448844, or in store at branches of Hertz.

2. Enter your PC (Promotional Coupon) code, if you have one

From time to time you will receive bonus points offers from Hertz, in the form of PC (Promotional Coupon) codes.

  • Online - If you are redeeming a Nectar bonus point offer and booking online, you must enter the six digit PC code in the 'Promotional Coupon (PC)' field of the Hertz booking engine at time of booking. If you don't have a PC code, just leave this blank.
  • In store or by phone - If you have a PC code and are booking in store or by phone, just quote it to the Hertz representative.

3. Give your Nectar card number

  • Online - Whether you're making a bonus point or non-bonus point booking, enter your Nectar card details at the fourth stage of the online booking process, 'Review & Book' to receive your 6 Nectar points per £1 spent. To do this, select Nectar in the 'Frequent Traveller/Loyalty' drop down menu and enter the last 11 digits of your Nectar Card number in the 'Frequent Traveller/Loyalty Number' field, without any spaces.
  • In store or by phone - Simply quote your card number.

4. Collect your points

Your Nectar points will be awarded within 28 days of the completion of your rental.

2 points per £1 spent will be awarded on total cost of rental when Nectar card number is quoted at time of reservation. If all conditions are met the points will be added to your Nectar account within 28 days of the completion of your rental. Points awarded on total charge but excludes subsequent charges, i.e: vehicle damage, theft or motoring offences. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are not transferable, and are only awarded to original recipient. For overseas rentals, reservation must be made and paid for in advance in the UK on the 'World on Wheels' (WOW) tariff.
