How do I collect points with Vision Express?
You can collect points on all purchases in store including eye tests, glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.
How many Nectar points can I collect?
For every £1 you spend with Vision Express, you'll collect up to three points depending on what products you buy. Please ask in store for details.
Is there anything that I can't collect points on with Vision Express?
You can collect points on anything you purchase, but please note points are awarded on actual spend, after discounts or promotions.
How long does it take to get my points?
Nectar points collected with Vision Express will appear in your account within 28 days. If you're waiting for points to be credited, you can check your Nectar points statement. If 28 days have elapsed and you haven't received your points, we'd be happy to investigate: contact Nectar here.
How can I make sure I collect the maximum amount of Nectar points?
Keep an eye out for bonus points promotions, including TRIPLE points on particular brands at different times of the year.
Can I spend Nectar points at Vision Express?
No - however there are plenty of other ways to spend your points.
Can I collect points if I don't have my card with me?
Yes, just bring your receipt in with your Nectar card, then the points can be credited to your account.

- Nectar points are only applicable on actual spend, after any discounts.
- Incorrect or invalid cards or card numbers will not be awarded points.
- Points can only be collected at the same store in which purchase was made.

Valid in all Vision Express stores (excl. Eire and designer outlet stores).

Print your voucher or present it on your smartphone in-store with your Nectar card to claim your bonus Nectar points.
