Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- This prize draw is open to all Nectar and Nectar Business cardholders with BOC accounts except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited and BOC Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
- There is one first prize of 1,000,000 (one million) Nectar points to be won and ten runners up prizes of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Nectar points.
- The prize draw will take place on 19 February 2010. The first prizewinner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The runner-up prizewinners will be the second to eleventh names drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
- Eligible cardholders can gain:
- one entry into the prize draw by spending £50-74.99; or
- three entries into the prize draw by spending £75 £99.99; or
- six entries into the prize draw by spending £100 - £149.99; or
- ten entries into the prize draw by spending £150 £199.99; or
- fifteen entries into the prize draw by spending over £200;
- No purchase necessary for cardholders resident in Northern Ireland. Cardholders resident in Northern Ireland can enter the prize draw by sending a request to enter (including your name and address) to BOC 2 Million Nectar Points, LMG, 3rd Floor, 80 Strand, London, WC2R 0NN by 31 January 2010.
