Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all Nectar and Nectar Business cardholders with BOC accounts except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited and BOC Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. There is one first prize of 1,000,000 (one million) Nectar points to be won and ten runners up prizes of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Nectar points.
3. The prize draw will take place on 19 February 2010. The first prizewinner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The runner-up prizewinners will be the second to eleventh names drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
4. Eligible cardholders can gain:
   1. one entry into the prize draw by spending £50-74.99; or
   2. three entries into the prize draw by spending £75 £99.99; or
   3. six entries into the prize draw by spending £100 - £149.99; or
   4. ten entries into the prize draw by spending £150 £199.99; or
   5. fifteen entries into the prize draw by spending over £200;
   in one transaction (exc VAT) on Nectar points earning transactions between 1 December 2009 and 31 January 2010. Please see www.nectar-business.com/boc for details of what you can or can not collect points on.
5. No purchase necessary for cardholders resident in Northern Ireland. Cardholders resident in Northern Ireland can enter the prize draw by sending a request to enter (including your name and address) to BOC 2 Million Nectar Points, LMG, 3rd Floor, 80 Strand, London, WC2R 0NN by 31 January 2010.
6. The prizewinner will be notified by email or post by 19 March 2009. Please ensure your details are up to date in order to be contacted.
7. Points will be loaded onto the winning Nectar accounts by 19 March 2009.
8. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
9. Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to BOC 2 Million Nectar Points, BOC Strategic Marketing, The Priestley Centre, 10 Priestley Road, Surrey Research Park, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7XY.
10. By entering the prize draw, Nectar and Nectar Business cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
