How to collect points with Business Solutions from The Carphone Warehouse
2 Nectar points per £1 (excluding VAT)
With Business Solutions from The Carphone Warehouse you can get access to over 200 experienced business specialists who can give you advice on all your business telecoms needs across landline, broadband and mobile.
Landline & Broadband
You can collect 2 points per £1 spent (exc. VAT) on your total expenditure in relation to landline and broadband services. To collect points on your business expenditure with Business Solutions from The Carphone Warehouse you will need to link your Nectar Business account to your TalkTalk Business/CPWBS account when prompted at www.cpwbusinesssolutions.com (external link) or by calling 0800 083 3003.
Mobile Phone contract
In addition, you can collect points when you sign up to or renew a mobile telephony contract from one of the extensive range of networks, tariffs and handsets available in the UK. The amount will depend on the tariff and handset you choose.

Find out what you can and can't collect points on
By registering your Nectar / Nectar Business card number with Business Solutions from The Carphone Warehouse, you'll be able to collect 2 points per £1 spent on your total expenditure shown on your TalkTalk Business/CPWBS bill in relation to landline and broadband services including, where applicable, on calls, monthly call package charges, line rental, broadband charges and on products and services ancillary to the provision of fixed line telephony and broadband internet services. Points cannot be collected on any administration or reconnection charges or promotable credits. Once you have been connected points will be allocated to your Nectar/Nectar Business account each month; points will be shown on your TalkTalk Business/CPWBS within 28 days of your registration. Disputed invoices will not be eligible for any points under any TalkTalk Business/CPWBS service: you must not have any outstanding debt of more than £25 on any TalkTalk Business/CPWBS account; and you must not have breached any of the terms of your contract(s) for the TalkTalk Business/CPWBS Service(s).
You can also collect points on entering or renewing a mobile telephony contract based on the following per minute bundle tariff:
- 1,000 mins = 2,000 pts
- 2,000 mins = 3,000 pts
- 4,000 mins = 5,000 pts
- 7,000 mins = 8,000 pts
- 10,000 mins = 12,000 pts
Business Solutions from The Carphone Warehouse reserves the right to not issue points in relation to new customers who have been bought out of their existing contract with a third party supplier, had kit credit applied to their account or received cash-back to the sum of the buy out amount.
