Dulux Decorator Centres will give you double points on their 'Think Greener' Ecosure paint products. These products deliver the same high standard of quality and performance that you would expect, but with a lower impact on the environment.
So how does Ecosure reduce the environmental impact of a decorating job?
- This range contains up to 30% less embodied carbon which means less energy is used and less carbon created
- Reduced Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) helps reduce low level ozone and photochemical smogs and odour
- The full range is water based which is both quick drying and non-yellowing (Gloss and Undercoat)
- Both the plastic cans and metal cans are made of up to 50% recycled material
And would you like to save on energy bills?
- The innovative range called Light and Space actually makes rooms look and feel more spacious
- Using this product can save on average 20% of lighting energy as lower wattage bulbs can be used to the same effect as standard higher wattage bulbs
- Lights can be switched on up to 20 minutes later every day, all of which equates to turning off 1 in every 5 60W filament bulbs.
