1) If approved for the Nectar Credit Card you will collect double points everywhere you spend for the first 3 months of Cardmembership only.

2) 4 points per full £1 consists of collecting 2 points on your Nectar Credit Card and 2 points on your Nectar loyalty card at participating partners. For BP and Expedia, different points levels apply. See nectar.com for details. Nectar points are not earned on Balance Transfers unless stated otherwise, Cash Advances, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange and Express Cash Transactions, interest, any spending in excess of your Credit Limit, charges for dishonoured cheques, late payment or Referral Charges and American Express Credit Card finance charges. American Express reserves the right to vary the Nectar points you collect from American Express on spending at any Nectar partner.

3) For every £500 spent on your Card, in any calendar month, you will collect 500 MorePoints on top of your usual base and bonus points. There is no upper limit. American Express and Nectar reserve the right to vary the rate at which points are collected.

4) American Express may vary the APR, interest rates and other charges from time to time. The Nectar Credit Card interest rate for Cash Withdrawals is 27.9% p.a. including cash transaction charge (2.08% per month). We may offer you the opportunity to request Balance Transfer(s) from time to time - we will charge interest on all balances that result from Balance Transfer(s) at the standard rate of 1.46% per month, 18.9% per annum on a daily basis until the amount is fully repaid to us. For example we reserve the right to refuse any Balance Transfer requests including Balance Transfers from overdue accounts, exceeded Credit Limits, overdrafts, loans, HP agreements or any Amex accounts. We are not liable for any overdue payments or interest incurred. Payments to card companies will normally be made within 30 days from receipt of our statements and we will advise you when payment is made. We may charge a handling fee in relation to Balance Transfers. Any such handling fee will be 3% of the Balance Transferred. Applicants must be 18 years old or over.
