Pending eShops transactions

Pending Points are points that you have earned on your eShops shopping, but have not yet been released to your account.

  1. The details of your eShops purchases are sent to us by our online partners, which can take 35 days or more for us to verify your transaction. Each retailer has a different approval time, so please refer to the important information tab on each retailer page. Please note Amazon transactions will not show in pending points and will just show in your account once the points have been added.
  2. Once we have done this and your points have cleared, they will be removed from the Pending list and will appear in your updated balance in your Points Statement.
  3. You're then free to spend your points.

Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.
