A. Instant Redemption straight from card

1. You must have spent over £1 and earned Nectar points in store in the last 12 months in order to be able to redeem points on your next visit (excluding petrol stations).
2. 24 hours after your first visit to a store you'll be able to redeem points at that store straight from your card.
3. Cards can be activated at as many Sainsbury's stores as you like.
4. You'll be able to redeem at each store so long as you shop there once every 12 months with your Nectar card. If you haven't visited a store in over 12 months simply shop there again with your Nectar card and 24 hours later you'll be able to redeem your points there.
5. Points cannot be redeemed on fuel using pay at pump. To make a redemption on fuel, cards must be swiped at the kiosk. Points cannot be redeemed and vouchers cannot be used in Beaumonts.
6. Points cannot be redeemed and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounted rate, unless otherwise stated.
7. Certain in-store concessions are not included; please ask in-store for more details. No redemption is accepted until Sainsbury's has confirmed it to you.
8. Goods, services and/or discounts are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

B. Scottish Stores Nectar Redemptions.

1. You can only redeem Nectar points if you have over 1000 points (£5) on your account and are spending over £5 instore.
2. Any amount of Nectar points can be spent instore between 1000 points (£5) and 150,000 points (£750).
3. This is currently available in Scottish stores only; including Supermarkets, Locals and Petrol Stations.
4. This is not available online.
5. In order to be able to redeem your Nectar points at the checkout, you must have earned Nectar points in that particular store in the last 12 months. If you haven't visited the store in the last 12 months, simply shop there again and swipe your Nectar card and 24 hours later you'll be able to redeem your points there. Alternatively if you haven't swiped at the store before, a workaround can be performed at the Customer Service desk to remove your points. Please note that Nectar points can only be redeemed in increments of £2.50 starting at £5 when performing the workaround.
6. 24 hours after your first visit to a store you'll be able to redeem points at that store straight from your card.
7. Nectar cards can be activated at as many Sainsbury's stores as you like.

C. Offer specific voucher.

1. Sainsbury's specific vouchers are issued by Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd for use at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd only.
2. Vouchers are to be handed to the cashier at Sainsbury's at the time of purchase and, if all conditions are met, you will be entitled to the treat specified on the voucher.
3. Vouchers are not valid beyond the expiry date shown on the front.
4. Vouchers can only be redeemed in store at Sainsbury's and Sainsbury's petrol stations and must be presented at the till when paying for your purchases.
5. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against online shopping, in Sainsbury's concessions, franchises or restaurants or "Sainsbury's @" stores.
6. Vouchers can be used as part payment. If the price of the goods exceeds this value, the balance must be paid on purchase.
7. If the price of the goods is less than this value, no change will be given.
8. Points will not be refunded for vouchers not used by their expiry date.
9. Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of financial services or to obtain cash advances, nor can they be sold or transferred for value.
10. Damaged, defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
11. Vouchers remain the property of Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd.
12. Points cannot be redeemed and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounted rate, unless otherwise stated.
13. No redemption is accepted until Sainsbury's has confirmed it to you.
