To save 15% on hotel bookings with OctopusTravel, simply click here where you can check availability and make bookings on-line. Once the booking is complete, you should print off the vouchers and confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via e-mail. Collectors who do not have an email address should call the Nectar hotline on 0844 811 0 811.

  1. Each booking is subject to Octopus Travel standard terms and conditions as well as that of the selected hotel/apartment or villa in which the booking is made.
  2. The 15% discount applies to hotel accommodation, 10% discount applies to apartments and excursions.
  3. No discounts apply to group bookings of more than 9 people, self catering or private transfer bookings for Octopus.
  4. When booking a hotel that is showing "Available", a confirmation email will be sent within a few minutes. When booking a hotel showing "On Request", a reply will be sent within 48 hours.
  5. Collectors who provide an email address will receive a confirmation email. Collectors who do not have an email address should contact Nectar on 0844 811 0811 to request written confirmation.
  6. Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel insurance for all members of the party and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable passport, visa and health requirements.
  7. Collectors are responsible for any additional taxes, fees or charges (including airport charges, passenger service charges, credit card booking fees, security charges and insurance surcharges).
  8. Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements to and from the specified place of departure and arrival.
  9. All bookings are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
