How to get your treat

  1. Check your points balance before your visit by simply logging at www.nectar.com or calling Nectar on 0844 811 0811.
  2. Present your card to at the admission gate and tell the cashier how many tickets you intend to purchase.
  3. The cashier will swipe your Nectar card. If you have enough points, the points will automatically be deducted from your account.

  1. We recommend that you check opening dates and times prior to your intended visit by visiting the website above.
  2. Points are only valid for entry up to and including 3pm.
  3. Visitors under 4 years to Alton Towers Resort can enter free of charge and without using any points.
  4. Visitors under 12 years to Alton Towers Resort must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
  5. Height and size restrictions apply on all rides.
  6. Not all attractions may be operational on day of visit.
  7. Points cannot be used in conjunction with Annual Passes and are not valid when pre-booking advance tickets and family tickets or with online purchases.
  8. No cash alternatives will be offered in lieu of the specified offer.
  9. Please check your points balance prior to your intended visit to ensure you have sufficient points in your account for this treat.
  10. Simply present your Nectar card at the ticket office of the park or attraction and the cashier will swipe your card to automatically deduct the points from your account (subject to system availability).
  11. Your Nectar points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion unless stated otherwise. Group and internet discounts are not available.
  12. Standard exclusions prevent vouchers being used at the ATR spa / Water park and Extraordinary Golf - an additional cost applies.
