How to get your treat

Once you have chosen the cruise you wish to go on at www.ncl.co.uk/nectar (external link), simply choose one of the four discount options and call 0844 811 0 811. Your call will be directed to an NCL agent who will check availability. Your points plus payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Terms & conditions

1. Bookings must be made direct with NCL Freestyle Cruising (not via a 3rd party agent) which holds ATOL license 2752 by calling 0844 811 0 811, which links to geographical number 0207 591 8082. Offer is valid until 31 December 2009.
2. Discounts are against the system price (excluding additional supplements, security charges and any other surcharges which may apply) off NCL Freestyle Cruising package holidays and Cruise Only holidays.
3. Discounts can only be obtained by presenting your Nectar card number at the time of making your booking. The applicable number of points will be deducted from your account at the time of making the booking.
4. Discounts are only available if you have sufficient points in your Nectar account at the time of booking.
5. Offer applies to new bookings only.
6. Points and discounts are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
7. Only one discount per booking is permitted.
8. The discount is based on a minimum spend per cabin where a discount per booking will be applied. Please see the table below:

9. The discount is combinable with any other applicable offer or discount available from NCL Freestyle Cruising at the time of booking. The value of the Nectar discount will be calculated once all other offers have been applied.
10. The booking must be made by a collector aged 18 or over. However, one guest per stateroom must be 21 or over.
11. No cash alternative is available and the discount is not transferable.
12. Money off not applicable to Government fees and taxes, Fly-Cruise Stopover, Extend Your Stay options or any other holiday extras sold by NCL Freestyle Cruising.
13. Collectors should be flexible on the dates and /or destinations they are willing to accept. All holidays available as rewards are capacity controlled and subject to availability at time of booking. Availability is more restricted on travel during peak periods and greater availability is offered on off-peak services and high frequency services.
14. Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel insurance for all members of the party and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable passport, visa and health requirements.
15. Collectors are responsible for any additional taxes, fees or charges.
16. No booking or redemption is accepted until NCL Freestyle Cruising has confirmed it to you.
