It's easy to redeem for Gala Gift Vouchers. Just take your Gala membership card or Nectar card to your chosen Gala Bingo club, get it swiped and your points will automatically be deducted from your account. In return you'll get Gala Gift vouchers which you can either spend on bingo books or on food or drinks. There is no expiry date on the gift vouchers, which is ideal if you want to give the vouchers to someone as a present.

How to get your treat

Take your Gala membership card or Nectar card to any Gala Bingo club. Present it to a member of staff. Your card will be swiped and the points will automatically be deducted from your account. In return you'll get Gala Gift Vouchers which you can use in a Gala Bingo club.

  1. Nectar points can be redeemed in a Gala Bingo club for Gala Gift vouchers.
  2. The lowest level of redemption of Nectar points for Gala Gift vouchers is 500 points for a £2.50 Gala Gift voucher or multiples there of. No change will be given. Gala Gift vouchers have no cash value.
  3. To redeem Nectar points for Gala Gift vouchers a member must present their Gala membership card or Nectar card to a member of staff in a club.
  4. Nectar points will be deducted from a member's Nectar balance in exchange for Gala Gift vouchers. Nectar balance will show points deduction once the transaction is complete.
  5. Nectar points can only be redeemed upon physical presentation of a Gala membership card or a Nectar Card which has a sufficient number of Nectar points for the chosen treat. Redemption shall be subject to the successful processing of a cardholder's Nectar Card which shall be confirmed immediately.
  6. Once Nectar points have been redeemed for Gala Gift Vouchers they cannot be returned back for Nectar points.
  7. Nectar points cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash in a Gala Bingo club.
  8. Gala Bingo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Such changes will be displayed on this page and on the members' notice board in club.
  9. Goods, services and / or discounts are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
  10. No redemption is accepted until Gala Bingo has confirmed it to you.
  11. Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounted rate, unless otherwise stated.
