From its brand new home at St Pancras International, Eurostar is the ultra-modern, high-speed, passenger-only train that travels from London to Europe. Eurostar moved on 14th November 2007 from Waterloo International station. This glorious Grade 1 listed building has been renovated and transformed into a state of the art home taking Eurostar and its travellers firmly into the future.
Say hello to Ebbsfleet International station
Aswell as St Pancras International and Ashford International, you now have the added flexibility of travelling from a new Kent station. Ebbsfleet International station is located just off the M25 at junction 2 and just 10 minutes away from Bluewater Shopping Centre, Ebbsfleet International offers even greater choice. With 2500 car parking spaces all within a 5 minute walk radius away from the terminal building, this is the perfect station for a quick trip over to the continent.
Say hello to High Speed Journeys
From whichever departure point you choose to travel from, you will travel on the UK's first and only High Speed Line, HS1 which means you will be able to experience speeds of up to 186mph! Journey times have been reduced by up to 20 minutes so London to Paris now takes as little as 2 hours 15 minutes and London to Brussels a mere 1 hour 51 minutes. Journey times from Ebbsfleet to Paris are only 2 hours 5 minutes. And because you're travelling from city centre to city centre, there are no into-town transfers or taxi fares to pay.

Being green is important to Eurostar so they commissioned some detailed research on the subject. Their findings showed that passengers who fly between London, Paris and Brussels generate ten times more of the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide (CO2) than travellers who go by rail.
From 14th November 2007, Eurostar journeys became completely carbon neutral at no extra cost to you the traveller therefore meaning that taking the train is now a truly attractive greener alternative to flying.
There are now even more ways to enjoy this great treat with our flexible payment options. You can pay in full with just your Nectar points or use some of your points (25 %, 50% or 75 %) and pay the rest with cash to get that great value Eurostar ticket. In addition, you can now choose between Standard Class OR Leisure Select for that extra special experience.
Standard class:
This is perfect for passengers who simply want a seamless city-centre to city-centre journey without any hassle. It offers an easy, comfortable journey with all the flexibility you would expect from Eurostar. Passengers will also benefit from 30-minute check-in and bar/buffet facilities onboard.
Leisure Select:
Leisure Select is for those passengers wishing to indulge themselves during their leisure time. It includes dedicated carriages for leisure travellers; 30-minute check-in; larger reclining seats, magazines on board and at-seat power sockets. Last but not least, a full at-seat wining and dining service is offered. This saves time and effort before and during your journey, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed when you arrive at your destination.
How to get your treat
Call Nectar on 0844 811 0811, at least 14 days in advance, to book a Eurostar journey.
Your call will be directed to an ebookers agent who will check availability and confirm applicable prices.
Availability is on a first come first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
To speed up the process, please have the following information at the ready:
- Outbound and inbound travel dates (as well as some alternative dates in case your first choice is not available).
- Number of passenger travelling.
- Nectar card number.
Your Nectar points will be deducted from your card automatically when the booking is confirmed.

- All journeys must be booked at least 14 days before departure and no more than 120 days in advance.
- All journeys shall be on a return basis with a minimum one night stay.
- Outbound and inbound journeys must be in the same class of travel.
- Prices are valid for departures from both London St Pancras and Ashford in Kent.
- Journeys must originate from and return to the same departure and arrival points.
- Children aged 4 or more at the time of departure must have a seat and pay the full adult fare.
- Infants aged 4 years and under at the time of the return journey and not occupying a seat may be carried free of charge, provided that each infant is accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
- Collectors should be flexible on the dates and /or destinations they are willing to accept. All journeys available as treats are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Availability is more restricted on travel during peak periods and greater availability is offered on off-peak services and high frequency services.
- All cross-border travel must originate in the UK.
- Redemption bookings must be placed by calling Nectar on 0844 811 0811 and selecting the appropriate Eurostar option.
- All bookings must be paid in full at time of booking and once confirmed are non changeable and non refundable. This applies to both the points and cash element of the booking.
- Nectar vouchers cannot be used towards Eurostar bookings.
- Points will be deducted from your account at time of booking.
- In the event that a Collector makes a booking by redeeming points and paying cash, the Collector shall not be entitled to earn points on the cash element of such a booking.
- The supplier reserves the right to vary or cancel particular destinations applicable to a promotion at any time and without liability.
- Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements to and from the specified place of departure and arrival.
- Collectors are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel insurance for all members of the party and for ensuring that they comply with all applicable passport, visa and health requirements.
- All tickets will be issued on the day of departure. Collectors should take their 6 digit booking reference (PNR number) along with all applicable passports and visa documents with them to the departure point.
- Recommended check-in is minimum 45 mins before departure. Check-in desk close 10 mins before departure.
- No booking or redemption is accepted until ebookers confirms it to you and advised the booking reference.
