Points are awarded as follows:
- Collect 5,000 points on One Plan excluding iphone
- Collect 4,000 points on any 900 plan or 12 month contracts excluding iPhone
- Collect 4,000 points on iPhones - Apple iPhone, 500 texter, 900 texter, One Plan (contract and SIM only)
- Collect 3,000 points on any 500 plan excluding iPhone
- Collect 2,000 points on Mobile broadband contracts (new customers only)
- Collect 1,500 points on iPad (16GB, 32 GB and 64 GB) and 24 months tablets
- Collect 500 points on PAYG mobile and mobile broadband

Important information
Points are awarded on successful connection only and will not be awarded if activity is discovered to be fraudulent
- Points are not awarded on the following items:
- Refurbished items
- 1 month rolling plan (including tablets and iPad, contracts, iPhone, SIM, One Plan, etc.)
- On plans under 500
- Laptop deals
Nectar points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from Nectar.com. Unless specified otherwise, points will be awarded within 60 days of delivery.

Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.
