Nectar points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from Nectar.com. Unless specified otherwise, points will be awarded within 35 days of delivery.

Why should you choose to buy from GymCompany instead of one of its competitors? Plenty of other companies sell similar products, so why buy from GymCompany instead of them?
They hope that their honesty and passion for fitness equipment would encourage you to shop with gymcompany. Here are five promises that set out the absolute minimum you can expect from any transaction:
1. Best price guarantee
They guarantee not to be beaten on price. If you see a product they sell on another website for a lower price, they will beat that price by £25 and give you a gift voucher for £25. If you buy from them and within 7 days from the date of purchase you see the same product cheaper, they will refund the difference in price and give you a gift voucher for £25.
2. Delivery promise
If they fail to meet an agreed delivery time, they will refund you £25. If you decide to cancel the purchase because they failed to meet the agreed delivery time, they will refund your purchase in full plus they'll give you a £25 gift voucher for the inconvenience.
3. Money back guarantee
If you change your mind, for any reason, for up to seven days after you've placed your order you can have a full refund.
4. Secure Payment
You can feel confident that your financial information will remain secure. They use a Protx secure online payment gateway. Protx is fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.
5. Life-time relationship
You have full manufacturers' warranties on all products they sell, but they also promise to help you with any problems for the life-time of your equipment. They love gyms and fitness equipment. Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.
