Home Starter is the most basic Orange broadband package, and is best for the less frequent internet user. McAfee internet security and initial set up and connection are free, as is the Orange Livebox wireless router itself. Like other Orange broadband packages, there are some substantial discounts on offer on Home Max for customers who are already a pay monthly mobile client.
