Nectar points are only awarded to customers who sign-up/upgrade online from start to finish. New customer offers are not valid for existing Sky customers with Sky TV or Sky broadband (existing customers are deemed to be customers who have had Sky within the last 12 months).
Valid for new customer sales bought wholly online only. Nectar points will be awarded on confirmation of your Sky viewing card being activated. Nectar points only awarded to new residential customers. Customers living in a block of 4 or more flats are not eligible for this offer. Any installation made by a specialist team and not Sky will not be eligible for Nectar points.

Any missing points claim must be summited to Nectar within the 3 months following the transaction, with correct Order ID or Sky Customer reference. All claims submitted after the 3 months deadline or with incorrect Customer details will be rejected.
Please keep a record of your Sky customer id and order number as both of these will be required if you need to raise a claim

Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.
