How to get this treat

Just hand your card over when paying and the points will come straight off.

  1. Check your points balance before your visit by simply logging at www.nectar.com or calling Nectar on 0844 811 0811.
  2. Present your card to at the admission gate and tell the cashier how much you wish to spend towards your entry.
  3. The cashier will swipe your Nectar card. If you have enough points, the points will automatically be deducted from your account.

  1. We recommend that you check opening dates and times prior to your intended visit by visiting the website above. Points are only valid for entry up to and including 3pm.
  2. Visitors under 4 years can enter free of charge and without using any points.
  3. Visitors under 12 years to Warwick Castle must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
  4. Due to its scary content, The Castle Dungeon may not be suitable for children under the age of 10. All children under 18 years, must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over. Warwick Castle was built as a mediaeval fortress and, as such, it has a large number of steps and narrow doorways which present limitations for guests who use a wheelchair or have a pushchair. Please ask at our entrance for a helpful guide on getting around the Castle.
  5. Not all attractions may be operational on day of visit.
  6. No cash alternatives will be offered in lieu of the specified offer.
  7. Please check your points balance prior to your intended visit to ensure you have sufficient points in your account for this treat.
  8. Simply present your Nectar card at the ticket office and the cashier will swipe your card to automatically deduct the points from your account (subject to system availability).
  9. No booking or redemption is accepted until the Merlin Entertainments Group has confirmed it to you.
  10. Points can be redeemed against entry to the attraction only. Your Nectar points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion unless stated otherwise. Group and internet discounts are not available. Points cannot be used in conjunction with Annual Passes and are not valid when pre-booking advance tickets and family tickets or with online purchases.
