Advent 2025 Full Terms and Conditions
Entry:
- This promotion is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar account, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) who are associated with the administration of this Promotion.
- To enter participants must visit the Nectar website (https://www.nectar.com/c/advent) or Nectar app, log into their Nectar account, click through to the Advent Calendar page click the “Bauble” to enter. Winning is not guaranteed. Nectar digital account is required to redeem the prize.
- The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 04/12/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 15/12/2025 for receipt of all entries (“Prize Draw Period”). Only one entry per Nectar member, per day. Prizes change daily at 00:01 each day during the Prize Draw Period.
- No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
- By entering the prize draw participants are consenting to receive the prizes. The prizes are drawn on different dates during the Prize Draw Period, full details are set out below under “Prizes”.
- The winners of the prizes will be selected at random and participants will find out instantly if they have won with a pop-up message appearing on the screen informing the player of a ‘win’; if the player has not won, a message will appear with ‘no win’. All instant wins are subject to verification by Nectar. One prize per person per day only should you be successful. If you do not wish to receive a prize, please contact us on 0344 811 0811 and quote Advent Calendar.

- For Bonus Nectar points prizes where you must shop for a specific product at Sainsbury’s or complete a shop, winners must ‘activate’ their prize in the Nectar app. This is done by clicking ‘Activate’ on the offer in the Sainsbury’s offer tab in the Nectar app. Once activated, winners should shop their offer and use Nectar. Bonus Nectar points will be awarded within 28 days of this transaction.
- Bonus Nectar points and prizes from Sainsbury’s, Argos and British Airways will be automatically allocated to winners within 28 days of winning the prize. Points will be allocated as stated, subject to delay due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Bonus Nectar points from Esso will be awarded within 28 days of 24th December 2025. The 3x Bonus Nectar points prize is valid against all fuel types. Winners need to purchase fuel at Esso by 24th December and scan Nectar at checkout to be awarded the bonus points.
- Bonus Nectar Points from Marriott Bonvoy will be awarded within 28 days of the 24th December 2025. Winners will need to ensure they have linked their Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy accounts linked before 24th December 2025, if they are not already linked, to be awarded their points. Prize winners who do not link their accounts will not receive the 250 Nectar points prize.
- Argos eGift cards: eGift cards will be emailed to winners via the email address within their Nectar account within 28 days, subject to delay due to circumstances beyond our control. Winners will be prompted to check that their Nectar account details are up to date at the time of winning, so that the eGift card is sent to the correct e-mail address. If the email address on your account is not accurate you will not receive your prize. To check your details visit www.nectar.com/account. The Argos eGift card will be subject to terms of use as detailed below:

General:
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the Promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
- The personal data provided by entrants will be used by Nectar for the purposes of conducting its Nectar card scheme and administering the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Nectar Privacy Policy (https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal/privacy-policy ).
- The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
- There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
- Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
- The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
- If you would like a written copy of these Terms and Conditions, please write to the Promoter providing your address and contact details.
- The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
