Prize draw terms & conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to those Nectar cardholders who receive an invitation from Nectar Online to take part in this survey.
  2. Only one entry into this prize draw is permitted per Nectar cardholder throughout the duration of this study.
  3. Eligible Nectar cardholders will be entered into a prize draw if they complete the sign up survey by the stated date in the invite, and additionally complete the dietary questionnaire provided by researchers at the University of Leeds.
  4. There are a total of five prizes of £75 worth of high street vouchers.
  5. The prize winners will be the first names drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
  6. The prize draw will take place within 28 days after the study closes.
  7. The prize winners will be notified by email within a week of the prize draw.
  8. The prize winners must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.
  9. Details of the prize winners can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to Nectar Research, Nectar360 Ltd, 33 Holborn, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 2HT.
  10. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
