1. This promotion is open to UK residents only. aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. Purchase any of the following products: Heineken® 15x440ml, 12x330ml, 6x330ml, 4x440ml, or 650ml, Heineken 0.0 12x330ml or 6x330ml and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw which will take place on 10/04/25. The promotion opens on 19/03/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 08/04/2025 for receipt of all entries. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 08/04/2025 to qualify. Purchases can be made in selected stores in England & Wales only. Excludes stores in Scotland & NI, and deliveries made to addresses outside of England & Wales. All winners will be drawn by Sainsbury’s at random during week commencing 14/04/2025 under independent supervision. The first winner drawn by Sainsbury’s on this date will be the winner of the Formula 1 Prize. The next 20 winners drawn by Sainsbury’s on this date will win the Merchandise Bundle Prizes. 
3. Entries are restricted to one per transaction for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. There is one prize of a Formula 1 Heineken British Grand Prix 2025 Experience for 2 people to win. The prize includes 3-day Paddock Club race tickets including hospitality, food and drink, £200 travel allowance per winning pair, 3 nights glamping (3rd 4th & 5th July), a helicopter flight over Silverstone, and exclusive behind-the-scene experience for 2 people. Winners can choose for either Double Bed or 2 x Single beds (subject to availability) for glamping. The Formula 1 Prizes winner and guest must both be over 18 years old. Winner and guest must be available for travel to the Formula 1 Heineken British Grand Prix 2025 which takes place from Friday 4th July to Sunday 6th July 2025. No additional travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature or accommodation are included. These must be borne by the winner and their guest. The prize is subject to the Silverstone racetrack terms and conditions, which are available on their website at: https://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/formula-1-british-grand-prix 
   The winner and guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner.
   There are also 20 F1 and Heineken merchandise bundles each containing a bomber jacket, water bottle and drawstring bag available to be won.
   No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
6. Winners will be notified by either telephone so therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid contact details. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone. 
   The winner of the Formula 1 Prize will be contacted by Sainsbury’s following prize acceptance. 
   The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency (MIH Handling Heineken@mihhandling.co.uk) to arrange bank transfers for travel allowance to the Formula 1 Heineken British Grand Prix 2025. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details including dates, locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner. Paddock Club tickets will be posted no later than 03/07/2025 to the winners home address.
   The Merchandise Bundle Prizes will be delivered by Heineken’s prize fulfilment agency: Heineken@mihhandling.co.uk following prize acceptance to the relevant 20 winners within 28 days of prize acceptance to the postal address associated with their Nectar account. It is the responsibility of the Merchandise Bundle Prize winners to ensure that correct postal address details are associated with their Nectar account. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner not receiving the Merchandise Bundle Prize due to incorrect or out of date contact details being supplied to Nectar. 
7. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose.  Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s this privacy policy, available at their website. 
8. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
9. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. 
10. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
11. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
