What will stop me getting points?

●     Points will not be paid if you claim a Confused.com Reward.
●     Claiming an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* and any other offers, discounts or Rewards from Confused.com will invalidate your points claim.
●     Editing or using a previously saved quote from your Confused.com account will not be eligible for points.
●     Multiple policies bought in the same browser session will not be tracked or eligible for points. Each policy must be purchased in a new session via the site link on this page.
●     If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before the 225 day validation period, then you will not be eligible to receive points.

What else is essential?
●     Points is only available to customers who purchase a valid life insurance policy, with a monthly premium of £5 or higher through Confused.com via the link on this page.
●     Points will be validated after your policy has been active for at least 225 days. Payment will take 6-8 weeks after this time.
●     In the event of any queries about your points please raise a Missing Points query with this site after the 225 day validation period has passed.
●     Please be aware that points will initially track at £0.00 if you generate a quote, if this is not purchased at the time the tracked points will become declined within 240-270 days of being generated. When points is validated, the tracked £0.00 rate will update to the correct points amount.

You are reminded that pending Points or Points that have been credited to your Nectar account, may be cancelled or adjusted if the retailer from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the retailer was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Points were issued).

2. Points will only be awarded on purchases made with the retailers featured on the Website. Points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from the Website.

3. Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.

4. Points will not be awarded on the cost of delivery, postage and packaging, the purchase of gift cards, use of discount and voucher codes, or any other promotional codes, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes.

7. It will typically take between 45 and 90 days to receive your Points for a standard non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailer. For travel bookings (including hotels, flights, and package holidays), and policy/contract/subscription purchases, your Points will usually be issued between 90-120 days after completing your travel or starting your policy/contract/subscription. In some instances, when shopping with non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailers, you may receive your points in a shorter time frame, within 10-15 days.

8. Points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us as set out in paragraph 11 below if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due missing Points which have not been issued.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
