o MoneySuperMarket will only validate one transaction per site visit. If you wish to make multiple transactions on different products, please begin each journey from this site.
o No rewards when using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by this website.
o Rewards availble for Cat and Dog Insurance policies only. We don't offer rewards for horse or rabbit policies.
o Any purchases made on the MoneySuperMarket website via this site will be subject to our Terms & Conditions and MoneySuperMarket Terms and Conditions which can be found on the MoneySuperMarket website.
o MoneySuperMarket Pet Insurance transactions are limited to 2 policies per year. Offerings cover single and multi-pet insurance, with a fixed amount that is paid to the user based on the type of policy taken out. It is important to note that the reward will be paid out on this basis, not by each named pet.
o To receive the correct reward amount please ensure the number of pets are entered correctly on MoneySuperMarket’s site before clicking out to a provider.
o Rewards will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to this website. This means that you must click from this site, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand-new quote, and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, rewards will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, rewards will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase insurance from MoneySuperMarket via your website's name.
o     Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
o     Purchases must be completed via the online journey and any purchases via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for rewards.

Terms and Conditions

1. Wherever these Terms and Conditions are displayed and/or hyperlinked alongside Nectar points ("Points") offers made available through our website (www.nectar.com) and/or the Nectar application (together "the Website") they shall govern all Points collected thereby. You are reminded that pending Points or Points that have been credited to your Nectar account, may be cancelled or adjusted if the retailer from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the retailer was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Points were issued).

2. Points will only be awarded on purchases made with the retailers featured on the Website. Points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from the Website.

3. Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.

4. Points will not be awarded on the cost of delivery, postage and packaging, the purchase of gift cards, use of discount and voucher codes, or any other promotional codes, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes.

5. Points will only be awarded on transactions completed online.

6. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of the retailer’s website.

7. It will typically take between 45 and 90 days to receive your Points for a standard non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailer. For travel bookings (including hotels, flights, and package holidays), and policy/contract/subscription purchases, your Points will usually be issued between 90-120 days after completing your travel or starting your policy/contract/subscription. In some instances, when shopping with non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailers, you may receive your points in a shorter time frame, within 10-15 days.

8. Points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us as set out in paragraph 11 below if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due missing Points which have not been issued.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Terms of Use found at the https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Both the retailer and affiliate network are separate from Nectar and collect personal data using cookies and similar technologies so that they can track your purchase. Nectar is not responsible for this part of the process, and any personal data collected is processed by them in accordance with their own privacy policy. They handle the processing of your tracked purchases into points and keep you updated on the process via email.
