What will stop me getting points?

●     Claiming an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* or any other offers, discounts or Rewards from Uswitch will invalidate your points claim.
●     Editing or using a previously saved quote from your Uswitch account will not be eligible for points.
●     Multiple policies bought in the same browser session will not be tracked or eligible for points. Each policy must be purchased in a new session via the site link on this page.
●     If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before the 130 day validation period, then you will not be eligible to receive points.

What else is essential?
●     Points is only available to customers who purchase a valid single annual combined home insurance (buildings & contents) policy through Uswitch via the link on this page.
●     Points will be validated after your policy has been active for at least 130 days. Payment will take 6-8 weeks after this time.
●     In the event of any queries about your points please raise a Missing Points query on this site after the 130 day validation period has passed.
●     Please be aware that points will initially track at £0.00 if you generate a quote, if this is not purchased at the time the tracked points will become declined within 150-180 days of being generated. When points is validated, the tracked £0.00 rate will update to the correct points amount.

1. Wherever these Terms and Conditions are displayed and/or hyperlinked alongside Nectar points ("Points") offers made available through our website (www.nectar.com) and/or the Nectar application (together "the Website") they shall govern all Points collected thereby. You are reminded that pending Points or Points that have been credited to your Nectar account, may be cancelled or adjusted if the retailer from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the retailer was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Points were issued).

2. Points will only be awarded on purchases made with the retailers featured on the Website. Points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from the Website.

3. Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.

4. Points will not be awarded on the cost of delivery, postage and packaging, the purchase of gift cards, use of discount and voucher codes, or any other promotional codes, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes.

5. Points will only be awarded on transactions completed online.

6. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of the retailer’s website.

7. It will typically take between 45 and 90 days to receive your Points for a standard non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailer. For travel bookings (including hotels, flights, and package holidays), and policy/contract/subscription purchases, your Points will usually be issued between 90-120 days after completing your travel or starting your policy/contract/subscription. In some instances, when shopping with non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailers, you may receive your points in a shorter time frame, within 10-15 days.

8. Points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us as set out in paragraph 11 below if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due missing Points which have not been issued.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Terms of Use found at the https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
