Please note that the terms and conditions below set out the rules that will apply and the criteria required to be satisfied for you to be eligible for rewards (“rewards”) from Gocompare.com Limited (Company No. 05799376) Suite 2a Hodge House, 114-116 St Mary Street, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 1DY (“Go.Compare”) when purchasing a travel insurance policy (“Insurance Policy”) via this website or app. Go.Compare reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions, at any time and in its sole discretion.

Eligibility
You will only be eligible for rewards and a rewards will only be rewarded if Go.Compare is able to link your purchase to this website or app. This means you must:

a.     Log into your account via this site (“Your Account”).
b.     Click from this site directly to the Go.Compare travel insurance webpage; and
c.     Generate a brand-new quote and purchase an Insurance Policy in the same session and without exiting your browser.
(together, an “Eligible Purchase”).
●     Editing or using a previously saved quote from your Go.Compare account will not track and you will not be eligible for rewards.
●     If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before the rewards is deposited in Your Account you will not be eligible for rewards.
●     Please ensure you are not using ad blockers or cookie blockers, as this will prevent your Insurance Policy purchase from being tracked and may mean you are not eligible for rewards.

●     Rewards can take up to 90-180 days to be tracked and approved as an Eligible Purchase (“Validation”).

●     Rewards may initially track in Your Account at a lower rate or at £0.00. This will update to the correct rate upon Validation.

There is a minimum spend of £5 when taking out insurance.

Transactions must reflect genuine consumer purchases. Any transactions found to be fraudulent or intended to manipulate or exploit reward eligibility may be disqualified.

Using a voucher/coupon code not displayed on this site may invalidate your reward. Rewards and are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).

1. Wherever these Terms and Conditions are displayed and/or hyperlinked alongside Nectar points ("Points") offers made available through our website (www.nectar.com) and/or the Nectar application (together "the Website") they shall govern all Points collected thereby. You are reminded that pending Points or Points that have been credited to your Nectar account, may be cancelled or adjusted if the retailer from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the retailer was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Points were issued).

2. Points will only be awarded on purchases made with the retailers featured on the Website. Points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from the Website.

3. Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.

4. Points will not be awarded on the cost of delivery, postage and packaging, the purchase of gift cards, use of discount and voucher codes, or any other promotional codes, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes.

5. Points will only be awarded on transactions completed online.

6. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of the retailer’s website.

7. It will typically take between 45 and 90 days to receive your Points for a standard non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailer. For travel bookings (including hotels, flights, and package holidays), and policy/contract/subscription purchases, your Points will usually be issued between 90-120 days after completing your travel or starting your policy/contract/subscription. In some instances, when shopping with non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailers, you may receive your points in a shorter time frame, within 10-15 days.

8. Points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us as set out in paragraph 11 below if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due missing Points which have not been issued.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy Information

When you use Nectar eShops, you are redirected from our site to the retailer of your choice, via an affiliate network. Both the retailer and affiliate network are separate from Nectar and collect personal data using cookies and similar technologies so that they can track your purchase. Nectar is not responsible for this part of the process, and any personal data collected is processed by them in accordance with their own privacy policy.
