Stated reward is for tyre purchases only. You will receive a lower reward on all other purchases.

You must re-confirm your online collection number at the Reserve and Collect counter/till AND collection must be made at the same store that was selected during the reservation. Voucher codes cannot be used for Collect at Store purchases.

Please do not mix the Home delivery and Collect at Store option in your basket at the checkout as the retailer will only track the first item. If you wish to purchase multiple items from Halford's using both the Home Delivery and Reserve & Collect option, please purchase these items in separate transactions - making sure you click back through this site for each separate transaction.

Rewards are not given on Halfords Marketplace purchases (the transaction may initially track but will later be cancelled), Autocentres bookings, Tyres on the drive or any mobile motoring fitting (such as tyres or batteries).

No rewards are given orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders.

Using a voucher/coupon code not displayed on this site may invalidate your reward. Rewards and are not calculated on postage / handling / delivery costs or associated purchase taxes in your region (This may include but not be limited to VAT, GST etc).

1. Wherever these Terms and Conditions are displayed and/or hyperlinked alongside Nectar points ("Points") offers made available through our website (www.nectar.com) and/or the Nectar application (together "the Website") they shall govern all Points collected thereby. You are reminded that pending Points or Points that have been credited to your Nectar account, may be cancelled or adjusted if the retailer from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the retailer was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Points were issued).

2. Points will only be awarded on purchases made with the retailers featured on the Website. Points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from the Website.

3. Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.

4. Points will not be awarded on the cost of delivery, postage and packaging, the purchase of gift cards, use of discount and voucher codes, or any other promotional codes, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes.

5. Points will only be awarded on transactions completed online.

6. We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of the retailer’s website.

7. It will typically take between 45 and 90 days to receive your Points for a standard non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailer. For travel bookings (including hotels, flights, and package holidays), and policy/contract/subscription purchases, your Points will usually be issued between 90-120 days after completing your travel or starting your policy/contract/subscription. In some instances, when shopping with non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailers, you may receive your points in a shorter time frame, within 10-15 days.

8. Points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us as set out in paragraph 11 below if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due missing Points which have not been issued.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Terms of Use found at the https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy Information

When you use Nectar eShops, you are redirected from our site to the retailer of your choice, via an affiliate network. Both the retailer and affiliate network are separate from Nectar and collect personal data using cookies and similar technologies so that they can track your purchase. Nectar is not responsible for this part of the process, and any personal data collected is processed by them in accordance with their own privacy policy. However, we recommend that you accept cookies in your browser when prompted, otherwise there is a risk your purchase will not be tracked correctly.

As part of the eShops process, Nectar also shares your email address, hashed Nectar card number, and first name & surname with our processor Valuedynamx (company number 06708136) of 3 More London Riverside, 5th Floor, London, England, England, SE1 2AQ. They handle the processing of your tracked purchases into points and keep you updated on the process via email.
