- Nectar points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from eShops.
- Points are only awarded when accessing Debenhams.com from Nectar eShops.
- Points are only awarded on Debenhams.com purchases.
- Points are not awarded on sister sites such as www.debenhamselectricals.com etc
- Points are not awarded on purchases made via any international sites including Debenhams.ie
- Points are not awarded on Gift cards, Debenhams wine, Debenhams flowers, travel money, Debenhams personal finance, travel card insurance, Debenhams wedding and any other click out site
- Points are not awarded on any of the following brand purchases - Bear Grylls, Burtons, Coast, Craghoppers ,Dare 2b, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Hot Squash, Iska, Joe Browns, Lands' End, Little Mistress Mela, Miss Selfridge, Monsoon, Oasis ,Quiz, Regatta, Uttam Boutique, Wallis, Warehouse, Yumi
- Points are not awarded and cannot be redeemed in store or directly with Debenhams

- Nectar points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due Points which have not been issued. However, retailers only keep transactional information for up to 6 months and therefore we are only able to investigate unissued Points, and then issue the points (if applicable), within 6 months from the date of transaction.
