Sky Store & Coca-Cola Full Terms & Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland & Wales only (excludes Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card. Customers who have not opted in to Sainsbury’s and Nectar marketing prior to purchase of the qualifying products are excluded from this prize draw. 
  2. Purchase any of the following products: Diet Coke 6x250ml (cans), 4x250ml (glass), Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 6x250ml (cans), 4x250ml (glass), Diet Coke lime 8x330ml, Diet Coke caffeine free 8x330ml, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar vanilla 8x330ml, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar cherry 8x330ml, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar zero caffeine 8x330ml and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: Coca-Cola Sky Store 2022. Customers must have opted into Sainsbury’s and Nectar marketing emails prior to purchase and swiping of their Nectar card.
    The promotion opens on 19/01/2022 and closes at 23:59 on 08/02/2022 for receipt of all entries. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 08/02/2022 to qualify. 
  3. No entry route for NI customers. 
  4. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  5. There are 10,000 prizes of a £5.99 Sky Store movie voucher to win. The prize is supplied by Sky UK Limited. Customers must have opted into Sainsbury’s and Nectar marketing emails to be eligible to win the prize, customers can sign up at the following links: Nectar - https://www.nectar.com/account/comms, Sainsbury’s - https://permissions.sainsburys.co.uk/customer. To redeem the Sky Store voucher, customers must  enter the voucher code into www.skystore.com/redeem and sign up to Sky Store, further details in clause 9a.
  6. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 21/02/2022 under independent supervision.
  7. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
  9. Winners will be notified by email using the email address linked to the Nectar card holder’s account, therefore entrants need to have supplied valid email addresses to Nectar. Winners will be contacted and receive their prize within 28 days of the closing date. The email will notify winners that they have won and include the prize of a £5.99 Sky Store movie voucher in the form of a code.
    1. The code provided to you by Nectar may be redeemed at www.skystore.com/redeem to credit your account with the amount stated by Nectar (“Sky Store Voucher”). Sky Store Vouchers may only be redeemed on either the Sky Store Website or on the Sky Store App on your compatible Roku box. This can then be spent on either the Sky Store website or on the Sky Store app on your compatible Roku box or Android device. All content can be viewed on your PC/Mac, Android/iOS using the Sky Store app, NOW TV box, Roku Player or on a compatible LG Smart TV.
    2. The Sky Store Voucher cannot be used for purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box however, Buy & Keep purchases made using Vouchers redeemed via the website may be sent to your Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box. ‘Send to Sky Box’ is not available on rental titles.
    3. To redeem a Sky Store Voucher you must have a SkyiD and have accepted the Sky Store terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to the Sky Store terms and conditions and in the event of any conflict, these terms prevail.     4. The code for your Sky Store Voucher is valid for 6 months from the prize draw end date, expiring at 23:59 on 08/08/2022. Once expired, the Voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given. To redeem your Sky Store Voucher online:

      • Enter your Voucher and click ‘Redeem’.
      • Sign up or sign in (you don’t have to be a Sky TV customer)
      • Choose your movie and watch online, on your favourite devices or select DVD or Blu-ray to receive a copy in the post too.
    6. When redeemed, the Sky Store Voucher will credit your account with a value in the local currency and all purchases will be made using your available balance. When you make a purchase, the cost will be deducted from the value held in your account and if there is any difference between the cost of the purchase and the value in your account, you will need to pay this amount.
    7. Once added to your account, you will have 12 months in which to use your credit balance before the balance is removed from your account. Any unused balances are not redeemable for cash or transferable and will not be returned to you (unless we are required to by law).
    8. Each Sky Store Voucher is considered to have been redeemed once successfully applied to the account on Sky Store. Each Voucher may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same Voucher will not be successful. You cannot re-load or top-up Vouchers.
    9. The Sky Store Voucher is for your own personal, non-commercial use. There is no cash alternative; the Sky Store Voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.

    11. Sky is not responsible for any Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose.  Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy, available at https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal/privacy-policy
  11. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for: 
    1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  12. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. 
  13. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.
  14. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  15. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: Coca-Cola Sky Store 2022 within 3 months of the prize draw close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
