eShops Terms & Conditions
- Wherever these Terms and Conditions are displayed and/or hyperlinked alongside Nectar points ("Points") offers made available through our website (www.nectar.com) and/or the Nectar application (together "the Website") they shall govern all Points collected thereby. You are reminded that pending Points or Points that have been credited to your Nectar account, may be cancelled or adjusted if the retailer from whom you have ordered goods or services tells us that the transaction between you and the retailer was cancelled. (For example, because you returned or didn't pay for products or services for which the Points were issued).
- Points will only be awarded on purchases made with the retailers featured on the Website. Points are awarded on qualifying transactions completed online on the retailer’s site, only when accessed exclusively from the Website.
- Offers are available for a limited period and subject to availability. Products may change from time to time. Prices, Points and other information are correct at time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Visit the retailer’s website for the latest prices and availability. Points will be awarded on the price applicable at time of purchase.
- Points will not be awarded on the cost of delivery, postage and packaging, the purchase of gift cards, use of discount and voucher codes, or any other promotional codes, gift certificates or on VAT, sales, use, excise, or other applicable taxes.
- Points will only be awarded on transactions completed online.
- We will not be held responsible for incomplete transactions due to failure of the retailer’s website.
- It will typically take between 45 and 90 days to receive your Points for a standard non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailer. For travel bookings (including hotels, flights, and package holidays), and policy/contract/subscription purchases, your Points will usually be issued between 90-120 days after completing your travel or starting your policy/contract/subscription. In some instances, when shopping with non-travel and non-policy/contract/subscription retailers, you may receive your points in a shorter time frame, within 10-15 days.
- Points are awarded by Nectar and not the retailer so please contact us as set out in paragraph 11 below if you believe points have been incorrectly awarded to your account or if you believe you are due missing Points which have not been issued.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

As part of the eShops process, Nectar also shares your email address, hashed Nectar card number, and first name & surname with our processor Valuedynamx (company number 06708136) of 3 More London Riverside, 5th Floor, London, England, England, SE1 2AQ. They handle the processing of your tracked purchases into points and keep you updated on the process via email.
