  1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, except employees of Mondelez Europe Services GmbH – UK Branch or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. To enter, purchase any of the following participating Cadbury Easter products and swipe your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw. The promotion opens at 00:01 on 20th March 2019 and closes at 23:59 on 21st April 2019. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 21st April 2019 to qualify as a valid entry. 1 entry per transaction.

  1. No purchase necessary in NI only; NI residents may enter the prize draw by calling 0344 811 0811, quoting the Nectar card number and the code: CadburyMarch2019.
  2. Entries are restricted to one per transaction for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  3. Prize: 1x trip to Easter Island in Chile for 8 nights, for up to 2 adults and 2 children (16 or under), including only flights, accommodation, internal transfers and one activity up to the total value of £8,500.
  4. Prize Details and Conditions:

 

  1. The Prize must be taken by 1st May 2020 from the date of notification and must be booked at least 8 weeks in advance. Excluding the Christmas period (12th December 2019 – 6th January 2020).
  2. Dates of travel are subject to availability.
  3. Airline seats are subject to availability.
  4. The winner and their guests must travel together in both directions.
  5. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
  6. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown.
  7. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
  8. The winner and their guests will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. Any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
  9. The Prize may only include flights travel/transportation to/from the airports, accommodation, one excursion or activity and/or meals as those are agreed between the winner and the Promoter at the time of the booking and which may be pre-booked by the Promoter and up to the total value of £8500. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, provided they can be pre-booked by the Promoter at the time of the booking.
  10. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include any other travel/transportation, meals, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
  11. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
  12. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.

 

  1. The prize will be organised with the winner within 28 days of acceptance of the prize.
  2. Proof of identity may be requested before the prize is awarded.
  3. The winner will be drawn at random during week commencing 13th May 2019 under independent supervision. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
  5. Winners will be notified by telephone and so entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
  • Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
  • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
  • For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

 

  1. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable.
  2. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  3. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and fulfilling the Prize and disclosing such information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants.
