Lindt & Sky Q Full Terms & Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of Lindt & Sprungli (UK) Ltd. or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. Purchase any of the following products: any Lindt LINDOR 200g or 337g and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: Lindt Sky Partnership. The promotion opens on 01/09/2021 and closes at 23:59 on 21/09/2021 for receipt of all entries. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 21/09/2021 to qualify.
3. No purchase necessary in NI only; NI shoppers may also enter the prize draw by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: LindtSeptember2021. One NI no purchase necessary entry per NI resident.
4. Entries are restricted to one per transaction for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
5. There are 271 prizes to be won: 1 x 1st prize Sky Q package (the winner will receive a Sky Q prize package consisting of: 1 x Sky Q TV subscription for 12 months to include the following: 1 x Sky Q Complete Bundle TV package including Sky Sports Complete and Sky Cinema, 1 x Sky Q Multiscreen subscription; Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions and Sky will also loan the prize winner 1 x Sky Q 2TB box and 1 x Sky Q Mini box at no charge), 20 x 2nd prize £100 Argos vouchers, 250 x 3rd prize £5.99 Sky Store vouchers.
6. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 05/10/2021 under independent supervision. They will selected in order of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone.
10. The prizes will be fulfilled to the winners within 28 days of prize acceptance. The winner of the 1st prize Sky Q package will be contacted by phone call via the mobile number registered to their Nectar card and confirmed by the Nectar helpdesk by Sky’s Prize Fulfilment Agency, The Promotions Factory. They will be asked to provide their first and last name, email address, and postal address. After the completion of any verification process these details will then be passed onto the Sky Guest team who will arrange the Sky Q installation to have in preparation for the winner calling them on the number provided to them by The Promotions Factory. Sky Q installations currently average a 28-day waiting period. The winners of the 2nd prizes of £100 Argos Vouchers and the 3rd prizes of Sky Store vouchers will be contacted and the vouchers fulfilled via email.
1. The following terms shall apply to the 1st Prize of the Sky Q package and the 3rd Prizes of Sky Store Vouchers (the “Prize Conditions”):
Sky Q terms and conditions:
a) The winner will be required to enter a new Sky Q TV subscription contract. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer, your existing Sky TV subscriptions will come to an end and you must enter a new Sky Q TV subscription contract.
b) After your 12-month free Sky Q TV subscription comes to an end, standard subscription length (18 months) and prices at the time of re-contracting will apply, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom.
c) The Prize does not include:
- A broadband subscription (to experience Sky Q features to the full, we recommend connecting your boxes to home broadband);
- Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events
d) Watching on an extra TV screen comes at a one-off cost of £99 and Sky will loan you an extra Sky Q Mini at no cost (recommend connecting no more than 4 Sky Q Minis in total)
e) Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.
f) Engineer set-up required.
g) The winner must get any consents required (e.g., landlord’s) prior to installation.
h) Winners must redeem the prize within a year of the winner confirming their details with Sky’s prize fulfilment agency, The Promotions Factory. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
i) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and, unless agreed otherwise in writing, the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
j) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
k) Prize winner will own the Sky dish. The Sky Q box, the Sky Q Mini and all other Sky Q kit is loaned to the winner at no cost and must be returned when the winner’s 12-month prize subscription terminates or when the winner leaves Sky, whichever is earlier. Mechanical faults with the Sky Q kit will be repaired at no cost.
l) Sky Q installations currently average a 28-day waiting period.
Sky Store terms and conditions:
a)The Sky Store £5.99 Voucher may be redeemed at Sky Store to credit your account with £5.99. Sky Store Vouchers may only be redeemed and spent on either the Sky Store website located at www.skystore.com, or on the Sky Store app on your compatible Roku box or Android device. The Sky Store £5.99 Voucher cannot be used for purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box. However, Buy & Keep purchases made using redeemed Vouchers can be sent to your box. ‘Send to Sky Box’ is not available on rental titles.
b)To redeem a Voucher, you must have a SkyiD account (this can be set up by visiting this link and filling out your details, your title, first and last name, email address and preferred password is required) and have accepted Sky Store terms and conditions. These terms apply in addition to Sky Store terms and conditions and in the event of any conflict, these terms prevail.
c)The Sky Store £5.99 voucher and is valid until 30 April 2022. Once expired, the Voucher will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced, or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.

d)When redeemed, the Voucher will credit your account with a value in the local currency and all purchases will be made using your available balance. When you make a purchase, the cost will be deducted from the value held in your account and if there is any difference between the cost of the purchase and the value in your account, you will need to pay this amount.
e)Once added to your account, you will have 12 months in which to use your credit balance before the balance is removed from your account. Any unused balances are not redeemable for cash or transferable and will not be returned to you (unless we are required to by law).
f)Each Sky Store £5.99 Voucher is considered to have been redeemed once successfully applied to the account on Sky Store. Each Voucher may only be used once, repeated attempts to use the same Voucher will not be successful. You cannot re-load or top-up Vouchers.
g)The Sky Store £5.99 Voucher is for your own personal, non-commercial use. There is no cash alternative; Sky Store £5.99 Voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
h)The Sky Store £5.99 Voucher remains the property of Sky UK Limited.
i)Sky is not responsible for any Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Sky UK Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far, as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the enjoyment of the prize; and/or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize beyond the Promoter’s control; and for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.
Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner[s] to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.
11. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a)Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b)Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
c)For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
15. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter.
16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
17. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: LindtSeptember2021 within 3 months of the prize draw close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
