1. This promotion is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar account, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) who are associated with the administration of this Promotion. 

2. To enter participants must visit the Nectar website (https://www.nectar.com/c/oct-spin-to-win ) or app, log into their Nectar account & click to spin the wheel. Winning is not guaranteed.

3. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 13/10/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 19/10/2025 for receipt of all entries (“Prize Draw Period”). One entry per Nectar member, per day.

4. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. By entering the prize draw participants are consenting to receive the prizes. The winners will be selected at random; customers will find out instantly if they have won on the wheel.  

5. There are up to 685,000 prizes to win, as detailed below.

6. All wins will be cross referenced internally by Nectar. 

7. Prizes: 

a)     Up to 500,000 prizes of 2x points on fuel or 3x points on diesel on next fill at Esso. Winners are eligible to receive the designated Bonus Nectar points if they purchase fuel or diesel at Esso and use a Nectar card, by 23:59 on 22/10/2025. Any allocated Bonus Nectar points will be issued within 28 days of the eligible purchase.

b)     Up to 50,000 prizes of 300pts on next charge at Smart Charge. Winners are eligible to receive 300 Bonus Nectar points if they charge at Smart Charge and use a Nectar card by 23:59 on 02/11/2025. Any allocated Bonus Nectar points will be issued within 28 days of the eligible charge.

c)     Up to 80,000 prizes of 250pts on next shop at eBay through Nectar eShops. Winners are eligible to receive 250 Bonus Nectar points if they shop at eBay through Nectar eShops by 23:59 on 09/11/2025. Any allocated Bonus Nectar Points will be issued within 28 days of the eligible shop.

d)     Up to 20,000 prizes of 250pts on next shop with any Nectar eShops partner. Winners are eligible to receive 250 Bonus Nectar points if they shop through Nectar eShops by 23:59 on 09/11/2025. Any allocated Bonus Nectar Points will be issued within 28 days of the eligible shop.

e)     Up to 20,000 prizes of 250pts if your Nectar account is linked with your British Airways Executive Club account. Winners are eligible to receive 250 Bonus Nectar points if their Nectar and British Airways Executive Club accounts are linked by 23:59 on 20/10/2025. Bonus Nectar Points will be issued within 28 days of the accounts being linked or the award of the points, if the accounts are already linked.

f)       Up to 5,000 prizes of 500pts if your Nectar account is linked with your Marriott Bonvoy account. Winners are eligible to receive 500 Bonus Nectar points if their accounts are linked by 23:59 on 20/10/2025. Bonus Nectar Points will be issued within 28 days of the accounts being linked or the award of the points, if the accounts are already linked.

g)      Up to 10,000 prizes of 500 Nectar points. 500 Bonus Nectar points will be automatically allocated to winners within 28 days of the close of the promotion [23:59 on 19/10/2025] .

8. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the Promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms. 

9. The winners will be selected at random, and this decision is final and binding. Winners will find out instantly if they have won one of the stated prizes with a pop-up message appearing on the screen informing the player of a ‘win’ if the player has not won a message will appear with a ‘no win’. The winner must complete the specified step within the timeframe designated to receive the prize. If the winner does not do this, no prize will be awarded.

10. Nectar is responsible for the personal data processing necessary to operate the prize draw (e.g. review of transaction data to collate entrants, application of eligibility requirements, randomly allocating prize winner(s) from entrants and subsequent notification) and shall be the primary contact for data subjects and the Information Commissioner’s Office. 11. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.  

12. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.  

13. The name and county of the prize winners can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request. 

14. If you would like a written copy of these Terms and Conditions, please write to the Promoter providing your address and contact details. 

15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
