Five winners from each platform will be selected at random from all valid entries* and their comment will be responded to from the official Nectar social media account asking for the winner to direct message the official Nectar account. You will be asked to share your account details via this direct message. Points will be added to your account within 28 days.

*Over the course of 24 hours following the post going live we will collate the Facebook name and/or Instagram handle as well as their competition entry into a password secured Excel Spreadsheet. 24 hours after the competition has gone live we will use a random number selector tool (use of which will be filmed on a mobile phone) to help us select five winners from each platform. We will reach out to the winners by replying to their comment and letting them know they have been successful. We’ll request that they get in touch via DM with their account number so we can activate their win. All the above will be handled by Iris Worldwide (with oversight from Nectar). When the winners reach out via DM, the communication is then picked up and handled by the team at Nectar.

3. Entries are restricted to one per person. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. There are 10 prizes of 150,000 bonus Nectar points to win (5 from Facebook and 5 from Instagram). 
5. The winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries 48 hours after the post’s prize draw closes.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be notified by a reply from the official Nectar social media account to the winning comment on the social media post with instructions on how to claim the prize. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the posts closing date. Winners should follow the instructions provided in the comment to claim their prizes. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the comment confirming they have won, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by a comment on the social media post. 
8. The points will be allocated to the winners within 28 days of being notified of their prize. 
9. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for: 
    1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

12. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
