1. This prize draw is open to GB residents only aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of Argos and Sainsbury’s or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion. 
2. For automatic entry, you must have shopped online with an Argos account which is linked to your Nectar card during the Entry Period below. Excludes in store purchases. No spend limit or threshold required. The promotion opens for entries on 01/07/2023 and runs each day closing at 23:59   on 31/07/2023 (“Entry Period”). Customers will be entered into the draw on the day they make their online purchase, not the day of the delivery or collection. Winners will be drawn in stages, please see below for further information. Customers who returned their purchases before the draw will be excluded. Points will be sent to the winner’s accounts within 2 working days of the draw. All products are subject to availability.

Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 
9. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.

The name and county of the prize winners can be obtained by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: ArgosJuly2023 within 3 months of the prize draw close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
