Collect points on your Sainsbury’s shop with Deliveroo

Terms and Conditions

1. 18+. Valid Nectar account required. Click [here] to register for Nectar. 
2. Collect 1 Nectar point per £1 spent on Sainsbury's products purchased via participating Sainsbury’s stores on Deliveroo.
3. You must input your full Nectar card number at checkout. Nectar points cannot be awarded retrospectively. 
4. Nectar points collected on eligible purchases via Deliveroo will be credited to your Nectar account by Nectar360 Limited within 28 days of your order. Points will not be awarded where a full Nectar card number is not provided. 
5. Minimum spend to collect points is £1.
6. Nectar points are not available on the following limited range of Sainsbury's goods and services: gift vouchers, baby milk products, lottery tickets, tobacco, vapes, nicotine pouches and other smoking related products, proprietary medicine, spirits and liqueurs (as well as any alcohol product containing more than 0.5% ABV in Northern Ireland, and all alcohol in Scotland & Wales), mobile phone cards and mobile phone vouchers.
7. Nectar points will not be awarded for incomplete orders, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions.  
8. Nectar and Deliveroo reserve the right to change or cancel these promotions at any time and will give as much notice as reasonably practicable of any material changes.
9. In the event of a service failure affecting Nectar’s ability to award Nectar points in accordance with these terms and conditions, a gesture of goodwill may be offered for any Nectar points that were not awarded on eligible purchases.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Nectar points are issued and can be spent in accordance with the Nectar360 Ltd collector rules.
