Terms and Conditions

• Collect 3x points with Nectar Arcade. Offer valid on new games installed between 00:01 4th June and 23:59 10th June. Offer does not apply to previously installed games. After offer end date, all promoted bonus points will revert to their default rate.
• Nectar Arcade is only available to: (i) Collectors who verify that they are 18+ years old during the registration process; (ii) are digitally registered Nectar customers; (iii) currently have no user account for Nectar Arcade.
• Nectar Arcade is a service which allows Collectors to collect Nectar points by playing games via the Nectar App on their mobile devices. The service is provided by adjoe GmbH (‘adjoe’), and its use by Collectors is  governed by Terms and Conditions between adjoe and the Collector. Such Terms and Conditions are accessible during the Nectar Arcade registration process and can also be found here.
• To access Nectar Arcade, Collector needs to click “Play Nectar Arcade” on the Nectar Arcade page found within the Nectar App. Collector will need to agree to adjoe’s Terms and Conditions as part of the registration process for Nectar Arcade. On Android devices, users may also grant permission to allow adjoe to access information about apps on your device in order to recommend games and record time played for the purposes of rewarding Nectar points (called “Enhanced Tracking”). • There is no fee or monetary cost payable by Collectors for the registration and use of Nectar Arcade.
• There is no requirement from Collectors to purchase any in-game microtransactions to reach all milestones and collect the maximum amount of promoted Nectar points for any particular milestone.
• Nectar Arcade is only accessible through Collector’s Nectar App on a mobile device(s). When trying to access Nectar Arcade through a non-mobile device, Collector will be prompted to use the Nectar App to access Nectar Arcade.
• Nectar Arcade is only available for games/apps that are selected by adjoe. The recommendation system handpicks the available games and offers. New game recommendations are added regularly.
• Nectar points can be collected by completing game and mobile device operating system specific milestones. Milestones are tasks which the Collector needs to complete to collect a specified / maximum number of Nectar points, as determined at the sole discretion of adjoe. Milestones and rewards may vary between each game. Milestones will vary depending on the type of operating system powering Collector’s mobile device that is accessing Nectar Arcade. For Android devices, milestones can be set based on time played or level(s) reached. For iOS devices, milestones are set based on level(s) reached.
• Nectar reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without warning.
• Nectar is not responsible for user agreements and Terms and Conditions accepted by the Collector, as between the Collector and their selected game’s studio/publisher. When agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of a specific game accessed through Nectar Arcade, this agreement is between the Collector and the game’s studio/publisher. Collectors shall not be entitled to Nectar points if they violate the apps and games rules or rules of conduct, particularly if Collector has technically manipulated the outcome of a game and/or app.
• Nectar points will be rewarded to the customer’s Nectar account within 5 business days following the completion of a milestone.

Data Privacy

 

• Nectar Arcade is operated by a separate company, adjoe GmbH, with a separate Privacy Policy. adjoe’s Privacy Policy is accessible following this link.
• When you register for Nectar Arcade, Nectar will share with adjoe a hashed version of your Nectar number
• adjoe will collect data regarding your device:

1. On Android: Google Advertising ID, device information (such as device model, device manufacturer and operating system), network information such as IP address, and log data about when and how you access content (e.g. files requested, access times). Optionally, you may grant permission for adjoe to access information about the apps used on your device (“Enhanced Tracking”), and statistical information regarding your time spent using games installed via Nectar Arcade. This is used for the purposes of recommending new games, and tracking game usage to reward milestones based on time played as well as level(s) reached, respectively. If you do not grant this optional permission, adjoe will only track milestones based on the level(s) reached.  
2. On iOS: Device information (such as model, operating system version, screen resolution, browser type), browser metadata and network information such as IP address, IDFA (only collected if you choose to share it), game progress data from publishers used to track your progress (only collected with your consent).

• The game publisher(s) will also share information with adjoe regarding your game usage in accordance with your agreement with them. adjoe will share information on game title, milestones reached and points to be issued with Nectar to allow Nectar to award Nectar points collected and add this information to your Nectar profile for use in accordance with Nectar’s Privacy Policy.
