You can link any one Nectar account to one British Airways Club account or vice versa. You can link to a friend or family members account but can only ever be linked to one account.

How do I convert points?
Answer
Once you’ve linked your accounts, you can convert points between accounts by following the link from either BA.com or the Nectar website.
How can I convert points automatically?
Answer
You can choose to set-up auto-conversion. Every week we will convert your entire balance, in your chosen direction. Balances will be converted in increments of 400 Nectar points or 400 Avios.
What are the minimum number of points I can convert?
Answer
Avios are converted in increments of 400 Avios and Nectar points in increments of 400. The minimum number of points you can exchange are 400 Avios and 400 Nectar points.
What are the maximum number of points I can convert manually?
Answer
There is no maximum cap on the numbers of points that can be converted manually per calendar month.
What are the maximum number of points I can exchange automatically?
Answer
There is no maximum cap on the number of points that can be exchanged automatically per quarter in calendar month.
I have opted in to automatically convert my points, can I change the direction I send them?
Answer
Yes you can. Just cancel your original auto-conversion, and then re-join changing the direction you wish to convert.
I automatically convert my points, can I also make manual conversions?
Answer
Yes. You may make manual conversions in addition to automatic conversions. No maximum cap applies, and both options may be used concurrently.

I am a member of a British Airways Club Household account, can I still link to a Nectar account?
Answer
Yes, each individual British Airways Club account member can link to a Nectar account.
Is it just the ‘Head’ of the British Airways Club Household Account that can link to a Nectar account?
Answer
No, any member can link.
I am a Nectar secondary card holder, can I link to a British Airways Club account?
Answer
Yes, any account holder can link – but each Nectar card can only be linked to one British Airways Club account. Therefore, each card holder must link to a different British Airways Club account.

When will my bonus points be credited to my account?
Answer
This is dependent on independent campaign terms and conditions.
Where else can I collect Nectar points/Avios?
Answer
You can collect Nectar points with any other Nectar collection partner, see Nectar website for collection partners. You can collect Avios with any other Avios collection partner, visit BA.com for collection partners.
Can I use my Avios in Sainsbury’s stores?
Answer
No you can’t use Avios in Sainsbury’s stores, unless of course you’ve converted to Nectar points.

Trouble shooting
I can’t remember which British Airways Club or Nectar account I linked to
Answer
The last four digits of the account you’re linked to will feature in the Nectar email you received when you linked. Your British Airways Club number will also be displayed when logged in on the Nectar or British Airways Club Exchange page.
My converted Nectar points have left my account but have not been credited to my British Airways Club account (and vice versa)
Answer
Nectar points are converted to Avios in minutes. However, you may have received a ‘pending message’ when converting.
If it’s been longer than 24 hours and the points are not showing, please contact us on 0344 811 0811 for Nectar and raise a missing Avios form for BA.
Avios are converted to Nectar points within 10 working days.
If it’s been longer than 10 working days and the points are not showing, please contact us on 0344 811 0811 for Nectar and raise a missing Avios form for BA.
I have changed my mind and would like to get my Nectar points back (and vice versa)

You can simply complete a manual conversion in the opposite direction to get your points back.
I think my Avios/Nectar points have been moved without my permission
