1. This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of the Promoter unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion. 
2. To enter participants must visit https://www.nectar.com/c/big-jan-reset, log in to their Nectar account and click ‘Spin the wheel’. Winning is not guaranteed. Nectar digital account is required to enter. The Promotion opens on 06/01/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 25/01/2025 for receipt of all entries. 
3. Entries are restricted to one per Nectar card holder for the duration of the Promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. 
4. There are 1,816 prizes in total, which include:

   • 1,800 bonus Nectar points prizes including: 1,500 of 200 or 250 of 1,000 or 50 of 5,000 bonus Nectar points. Winners of Argos prizes will be distributed from Argos Distribution Centre directly to the winner’s address associated with their Nectar account.  
5. By entering the prize draw participants are consenting to receive the Argos prizes. The winners will be at random. Customers will find out instantly if they have won. By entering the prize draw customers are consenting to receive the Argos prize should you win one.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 
7. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize. 
8. The bonus Nectar points prizes will be automatically allocated to the winner within 28 days of the close of the promotion. If you do not wish to receive a prize please contact us on 0344 811 0811. 
9. Winners of the Argos prizes will have their prize delivered to the address listed on their Nectar account. Winners will therefore be prompted to check the address on their Nectar account when they find out they have won.  The Argos prizes will be delivered to the winner at the address associated with the Nectar account within 28 days of the close of the promotion. The Nectar HelpDesk will send an email to the Argos prize winners, based on the email address associated to their Nectar account, providing a one week window which we will aim to deliver the prize within. Delivery will be attempted on two separate occasions, if the prize cannot be delivered on two separate occasions the prize will be forfeited. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded. 
10. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s this privacy policy, available at their website. 
11. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 
12. There is no alternative to the stated prizes or any cash substitute. The prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for one of greater or equal value. 
13. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. 15. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
