Coconut & Lime Sorbet
- Prep time: 10 mins. 3-4 hours freezing time

Ingredients
250ml Naked Coconut Water
250ml Coconut Cream
400ml can Coconut Milk
Zest & Juice of one lime
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for an hour.
- Remove the container from the freezer, the edges will now be starting to freeze.
- Whisk the mixture, return to the freezer for 2-3 hours before serving.
- Store in the sealed container in the freezer.
