Terms and Conditions

  1. Only one entry per person permitted.
  2. There will be one prize for each draw to be held once the survey has closed.
  3. The prize draw will take place within 10 days of the survey close date.
  4. The winner of the prize draw will be the first entry drawn at random from valid entries.
  5. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the draw date.
  6. The winner will have fourteen days from receipt of the email with which to reply and confirm their success; otherwise a different winner will be chosen at random from the remaining valid entries who will also need to reply within fourteen days to confirm their success.
  7. The prize for each draw is an iPad Air 2 16GB (data plan is not included). 
  8. The winner will receive their prize within thirty days of the prize draw date and will be posted to the UK or shipped abroad if necessary.
  9. The name and county of the winner will be available within one week of the draw having been made by writing to the prize draw promoter.
  10. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed for any reason.
  11. The prizes are not transferable. In the event that we are unable to source an iPad we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize instead.
  12. The prize can be redeemed for cash instead and a cheque will be given for the equivalent amount.
  13. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  14. The promoter's decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. Individual responses you have provided to the survey questions will be used for market research purposes. The personal details you have provided, such as your name and email address, will only be used for the administration of the prize draw, including our requirement to make the identity of the winners available unless otherwise agreed.
