Sanpellegrino Full Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
- To enter purchase any of the following products: Sanpellegrino Lemon 4x330ml, Orange 4x330ml, Blood Orange 4x330ml, Pomegranate & Orange 4x330ml, Zero Lemon 4x330ml, Zero Blood Orange 4x330ml or Zero Peach & Clementine 4x330ml and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: Win a 4 night trip to Sicily for 2 adults.
- The promotion opens on 29/04/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 19/05/2026 for receipt of all entries.
Online and in store selected stores only, excludes Locals. All online orders if applicable must be delivered by 23:59 on 19/05/2026 to qualify.
- Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
- During the promotional period there will be one prize available of a trip to Sicily for 2 adults travelling together.
- All travellers must be aged 18 or over.
- The prizes include: return economy flights from UK airports to Sicily (direct services only), return airport transfers in resort, 3 nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room including daily breakfast and one Ancient flavours of Sicily walking tour.
- The break is valid for travel until 30th June 2027 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. All travel must be completed by 30th June 2027. Exclusions over Christmas will cover 22nd December 2026 to 3rd January 2027 and Easter dates will cover 26th March 2026 to 29th March 2026.
- All trip locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip.
- All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
- The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
- All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of Cloud Nine and the promoter. Any requests relating to airport, airlines or hotels cannot be guaranteed.
- Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
- Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
- There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
- Travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner to arrange; proof of valid travel insurance will be required prior to departure.
- The winner and their guest are responsible for complying with all health, safety, and travel requirements applicable at the time of travel, which may include vaccinations, testing, quarantine, or other protocols mandated by relevant authorities or travel providers. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
- The winner and their guest agree to adhere to all local laws and guidelines during their stay.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
- The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

- Where it is a skills based competition at least one judge shall be independent. The judges’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is not judged then the winners will be drawn at random during week commencing two weeks following the promotion end date under independent supervision. Where the prize is Nectar points the points will be automatically allocated to the winner within 28 days of the close of the promotion. - The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
- Winners will be notified by either telephone or email or social media direct message so therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid contact details. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone. The prize will be delivered to the winner or arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
- Personal Data
For the purposes of collating entries, picking and notifying the prize winner(s), Nectar and the Supplier are joint controllers. As between Nectar and Supplier, Nectar is the joint controller responsible for the personal data processing necessary to operate the prize draw (e.g. review of transaction data to collate entrants, application of eligibility requirements, randomly allocating prize winner(s) from entrants and subsequent notification) and shall be primary contact for data subjects and the Information Commissioner’s Office. For the purposes of fulfilment of prizes other than Nectar points (i.e. delivery of such prizes to the winner(s)) the Supplier is an independent controller and will process such personal data given to the Supplier by the winner(s) or by Nectar (following the winner(s) acceptance of the relevant prize) in accordance with the Supplier’s privacy notice (https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy).
- The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
- Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
- The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

- The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
